The Tourist Distribution Center at the foot of Huangshan Mountain is called "Tangkou town". It has a large site and many accommodation rooms, which can be ordered online. However, these hotels are not convenient for tourists to leave Huangshan. It is highly recommended to live in a place called "zhaixi" in Tangkou town. Zhaixi is the transfer center of the new national line in Huangshan scenic area. It is the center of long-distance bus station and Huangshan Scenic Spot transportation station. It can send buses to all places and scenic spots in Huangshan City. There are many accommodation and hotels. It is very convenient to eat, live and travel.

There are two choices to go to Huangshan Mountain: the front mountain or the back mountain? It is highly recommended to go from the back mountain. More downhill after the mountain, save some physical strength, is also the choice of most tourists. Although both the front and back mountains have to take the cableway to climb up the mountain, it's too tiring to climb several frightful peaks when the front mountain comes out of the cableway (take a closer look at the middle of the picture, the zigzag mountain road is full of people from the front mountain, which is just the beginning, and there are n steep slopes to climb behind).

The disadvantage of going up the mountain from the back is that the scenery gets worse and worse. Huangshan is very beautiful, but the scenery of the back mountain is obviously more beautiful than that of the front mountain. The back mountain is also relatively flat, and the journey is relatively short. Many one-day tourists climb the mountain and simply choose to go up and down the back mountain. It's very easy to swim for 4 or 5 hours. If you choose to go up the back mountain or down the front mountain for a one-day tour, you have to walk for more than 8 hours, and most of you are tired to get up the next day.

There are 8 official recommended tourist routes in Huangshan, and I chose Route 2.

The upper station of Yungu cableway is called "bai'eling station", and there are many sightseeing routes to choose from after leaving the station. My route on the first morning is: bai'eling Station - stalagmite bar - Harp pine - shixinfeng - heihusong - Beihai Hotel - shuguangting - qingliangtai - Shilin Hotel - qingliangtai - tuanjiesong - Xihai Hotel (check in for lunch). It's three or four kilometers, two and a half hours' walk.

This route is relatively flat, easy to take, and not afraid of getting lost. Just follow the crowd or look at the signs. The scenery of the back mountain is so charming, there are lots of scenery everywhere.

Many peaks in the back mountain can only be seen from afar. See "Guanyin peak" and "stalagmite peak" at bai'e new station.

After lunch, go to the west sea view. Xihai scenic area is a Grand Canyon, so it is also called "Xihai Grand Canyon". The scenery is very concentrated and beautiful.

The route I arranged in the afternoon is: Xihai Hotel - paiyunlou Hotel - paiyunting - north entrance of Xihai Grand Canyon - the first ring of Grand Canyon - paiyunting - Danxia peak (watching the sunset) - Xihai Hotel (check in and rest).

You need to go down the mountain to the bottom of the valley, then climb the mountain or take the west sea sightseeing cable car up the mountain to return to the hotel. The whole journey takes about 4 or 5 hours.

All the way down the Xihai Grand Canyon, so steep and so steep (carefully look at the picture, the zigzag downhill road, if you return to the original road, unimaginable).

There is a big difference between the temperature in Huangshan during the day and at night. In October, the temperature is below 10 degrees in the morning and evening. You can go out in the down jacket provided by the hotel for free in the morning and evening.

From paiyunlou hotel to feilaishi is an uphill road, it takes 40 minutes to walk.

In feilaishiguan Xihai Hotel and Xihai reservoir. It can be clearly seen that Xihai hotel is in the gap between the two peaks.

From Tianhai to Aoyu peak,   It will take 20 minutes. Aoyu peak is named because the shape of the peak is very similar to that of a fish.

Behind the Yuping tower is the "Yuping peak". The famous "Yuping Reclining Buddha" is at the top of the peak, with its head on the left and feet on the right. The Buddha body is engraved with Mao Zedong's cursive script "so many beautiful rivers and mountains".

Huangshan's most famous scenic spot "yingkesong" is on the right side of yupinglou, a sea of people.

Yingke pine is the landmark of Huangshan scenic area. It has been 800 years old. One side of the tree sticks out like a person's arm to welcome guests from afar, so it is called Yingke pine.

There is a tourist service center in the waiting hall of the railway station, and there are counters in all counties under the management of Huangshan to provide tourist services and charter services.

Tunxi old street is 1272 meters long, with an elite part of 853 meters and a width of 5 to 8 meters, including a straight street, three cross streets and eighteen alleys.

Tunxi Old Street is composed of more than 300 Hui style buildings built in different times. The whole street is in the shape of fish skeleton, narrow in the West and wide in the East.

Tunxi Old Street is the epitome of ancient Huizhou food and culture. It is a pedestrian street and a leisure place. Whenever night falls, it is full of tourists.

Tunxi Old Street is also the most concentrated night market in Huangshan, with a bar street and rich nightlife at night.

In the night, the Wenfeng bridge across Xin'an River is radiant, and in the middle of the bridge is a lotus shaped viewing platform.

Across Tunxi Old Bridge (Zhenhai bridge) and across the river from Tunxi Old Street is "Liyang old street".

Liyang old street has become a new leisure place in Huangshan. There are many tea shops. It's good to drink tea in an old house.

Huangshan has built a "Xin'anjiang waterfront tourist attraction", which is free of charge in the daytime and free of charge in the evening. In the afternoon, tourists can take a bus to century square, walk to Tunxi wharf, and slowly visit both sides of Xin'an River. It's 3 kilometers, 2-3 hours, and go on a night tour from Tunxi wharf.

The scenic area is composed of "forest corridor, clear shadow" and "Tunpu, Guifan"  、" It is composed of ten nodes: Tunxi wharf, dam site square, Lakeside Village, Zhaobi nostalgia, wetland plank road, cliff stone carving, huifengshui street and mountain Pavilion overlooking.

The boat tour route is: Tunxi Wharf - Tunpu Guifan - Ancient Village - sunwangge - Youxi ancient ferry - Zhaobi nostalgia - Forest Gallery Qingying - water truck - sightseeing cable bridge - Cliff stone carving - Wetland plank road - Tunxi wharf.

On both sides of the Xin'an River in the evening, the lights are shining.

The inscriptions on the cliffs are written with the Chinese character "Xin'an Da Hao Shan Shui".
